In the new version of Google Drive, the 'shared with me' folder was changed to 'Incoming'. Now after some feedback, Google has changed the name of the folder back to 'Shared with me.' I personally like that name much better than 'Incoming.' Thank you Google!!
When you go into your Google Drive, you will notice this message. Then you will see your folder renamed to 'Shared with me'.
